well ....let me tell you ..matty has a fantastic way of helping YOU to create and discover the person, you ,what to see in the morning mirror when you step outta the shower at home , each morning .to see, a sculpture of the man or women and with the physic longed for ..no bullshit here ..
he is an honest, humorous , smiling , funny , cute , (damn have you seen him ?) , polite , friendly , demanding, trainer.. he arrives on time , with the of smile of a dominatrix to put you threw your, personal routine designed just for you ..and you defff get what you pay for..

i feel honored to be able to say Matty is my trainer . as his constant schooling and learning, to increase his knowledge , of the human body and how it can be bettered , through , new techs' and workouts .. ( i often say ...ya ya ..that exercise ...to hear the words ..." NEVER ASSUME,, no DIFFERENT ") and thats the man he is .. always challenging your body in new and exciting ways .
8 weeks now its been .. .. and once a week ..is now ..every 5 days ..he has a new total body work-out , which we start in 2 days ...god help me ..OR.. THANK GOD ????

If you're looking for a trainer than can motivate you while watching your every move to ensure you are getting the maximum benefits and protecting you from injury I can whole heartedly recommend Mat. He begins by listening carefully to your goals and concerns and then undertakes building a program to help you reach your goals. He is forever tweaking an exercise so you can get more from it or just to keep things interesting for a client. He is very knowledgable and his innovative ways to training seem endless. Mat always brings abundant enthusiasm every time as well and meeting up with him is simply uplifting. Mat's own physique proves he knows what he's talking about and I value his advice. Be aware - Mat has 'selective hearing' towards groaning and whimpering so be prepared to work out hard !
